Let us press on to know the Lord! (Hosea 6:3) I have been studying the book of Hosea for the purposes of preaching this book in the church today. It was an amazing day! In response to the praise songs, testimonies, prayer and the Word a woman who came to the church today received Jesus as her Savior and Lord! God is moving!
I love the spring. The days are longer. The birds are singing and busy building their nests. The trees are budding. There are bouquets of crocuses and snowdrops everywhere. There is evidence of new growth and new life everywhere. For me, the most wonderful thing about spring is that it’s a reminder to focus on
The Character of the New Man Who may worship in Your sanctuary, Lord? Who may enter Your presence on Your holy hill? Those who lead blameless lives and do what is right, speaking the truth from sincere hearts. Those who refuse to gossip or harm their neighbors or speak evil of their friends. Those who despise
This is an urgent message! Unity is on Holy Spirit’s heart for the church of Jesus Christ. He is exhorting us to continue in unity; to keep the unity. Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. (Eph 4:3 NLT) For years I have been praying for unity and harmony among the
KEEP FOCUSED ON JESUS Earlier this month while spending time with Jesus I heard “Keep focused on Me.” I looked back in my journals over the past 2 years and on March 17, 2020 the Lord said, “Focus on Me” and again in January 2021, the Lord said, “Continue to focus on Me.” Church! The exhortation in these scriptures is to put to death such things as covetousness which is idolatry (Col 3:5) and to put off such things as anger and malice (Col 3:8). As I was listening to the sermon and reflecting on the Word afterwards, I thought about how important it is to cut out
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Ti 1:7 NKJV) I hope you have been able to spend some time with the word and scriptures from my last blog. If you are, I am believing that God is giving you more of those things you are asking for and seeking, especially more revelation of
It’s 2022! Wow! So much to thank God for looking back at 2021. Have you done this? Your heart will be overwhelmed with praise and thanksgiving and joy when you do. Looking ahead to 2022, God remains the same-good, loving and faithful. He will continue to reveal Himself to those who seek Him. He
